Ronald D. Ousky is the President of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, (IACP) and has served on the IACP Board since 2005. In 2006, Ron co-authored a book on the Collaborative Method, entitled The Collaborative Way to Divorce, with Stu Webb, the founder of Collaborative Law. Ron is also a past President of the Collaborative Law Institute of Minnesota, the first Collaborative organization in the world. He is the co-owner of the Collaborative Alliance Executive Suites, an innovative office concept in Edina Minnesota in which attorneys, mental health professionals and financial professionals who work in Collaborative Practice share ideas, resources and space.
