Our ability to figure out what each client needs is crucial, not only to understanding what is happening in the clients space, but in communicating our perceptions clearly to help the client visualize and understand the solutions we recommend. How do you go into a space and see what is happening there? What are the clues to the underlying issues? How can you communicate what you see to your client and design creative solutions for the clients problems on the spot? This workshop will offer practical strategies for reading a space and finding the best solutions. Kathy Waddill has been organizing all her life, then discovered in 1993 that people were happy to hire her to share her talents with them. She started The Untangled Web in Boston, then moved it to the San Francisco area in 1997. Kathy specializes in family and small-business organization. She joined NAPO in 1993 and founded New England Professional Organizers before she left Boston.
