Whether or you call it the silver tsunami or just the baby boomers getting older, there is about to be an even bigger market than there is now for the over 65 crowd. ICEA members are frequently called when signs of inability start setting in and the seniors and their families are happy we are there to fill in the gaps. Seniors unfortunately take more time and effort than typical clients because they are many times mentally or physically challenged, lonely, or also scared to move forward to take steps for future planning of their care. We need to be aware of the needs of seniors and be able to identify how we can best help them.
