Every business owner needs to know where their work is coming from, how long it takes to help a client reach their objectives, how much money the business is really making, how many leads result in actual clients, and more. These numbers are important to each of us as business owners, and to all of us, as an industry. You dont have to be a statistician or a math wiz to figure out the answers to these basic questions. During the workshop, Ill share with you several different methodologies to track data, and well discuss 3 separate case studies. Youll leave knowing: 1. WHY it is so important to gather and analyze data relative to your organizing practice, 2. WHAT numbers are useful to track, 3. HOW to collect and analyze data using different METHODS, and 4.
