Health Information Organizing

The need for accurate and easily accessible health information is critical to optimum care and outcomes when any individual enters the healthcare system. Without it, healthcare providers have no reference point to begin appropriate care. This impacts the individual being served by decreasing the quality of care, increasing the cost of care, and creating unnecessary emotional and spiritual pain to the individual and his/her loved ones.
