Commissioner Scott Gordon brings his 16 years experience with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, including the Special Investigations and the Stalking and Threat Assessment Team to this presentation. This presentation will examine some of the current issues affecting the litigation of family law cases that present issues of domestic violence. Some of the topics to be covered include: recent changes in the law, new legislation, the impact of the current economic crisis on these cases and lethality assessment.
