Contract Basics for Professional Organizers CD

Too many business people are not sure when they have a legally binding contract and when they do not.
Sometimes they sign forms without understanding the "standard" language. This session will cover, among
other things, the elements necessary to create a contract, advantages and disadvantages of different forms
of oral and written contracts, standard contract provisions and what they really mean, "legalese," common
misconceptions about contracts, who needs to agree to a contract to make it binding, and what to do if there is a contract breach.
