He has contributed short stories to half a dozen anthologies, including Dangerous Women and Dead Man's Hand. He has worked as a writer/producer for Law & Order; been Managing Editor for the CBS series, Top Cops (1990-94), worked on a dozen pilots that never made it out of development, and has written seven network pilots, three of which actually made it in front of a camera. He has written eight feature films, including three for director Barry Levinson as well as scripts for producer/director Joe Roth, David Hoberman, Paula Weinstein and Lorenzo Di Bonaventura.
