A Salon Co-creating Conscious Change CD

Intriguing questions will prompt discussion among seasoned organizers. What we do is something bigger than it appears. Chaos and organization are natural aspects of the world: people feel good when they turn chaos into order. As we evolve as professionals, we realize that organizing can be done more consciously, naturally, and organically. Ultimately, we move beyond organizing things and into organizing personal lives that touch upon one's values, priorities, choices, and life paths. Clients want change and become more conscious in this process, allowing them to make meaningful decisions, and therefore significant changes.
This workshop is only appropriate for seasoned organizers, and space is limited to 50 participants. Participation in Session I is required to participate in Session II.
Session 1: What is conscious change?
Observe as six seasoned professional organizers participate in a lively conversation on conscious change.
Deepen your awareness of client needs; improve communication between organizer and client; learn what
makes us effective; savor intimate, in-depth conversation with peers regarding the intangible aspects of our
work and how we affect conscious change.
Facilitators: Visionaries, mentors, leaders, risk takers, change agents: these characteristics and more are
